Karine Bulger AMM, AFMEA
Executive Manager

Karine has over 15 years of experience in the meetings and conventions industry, 10 of which have been with arinex across multiple offices including Sydney, Los Angeles and Melbourne. During this time Karine has successfully managed multiple major international meetings ranging from 200 to 10,000 delegates. As one of the Executive Managers for arinex, Karine is known for her very "hands on" approach with clients and her particular focus on the big picture strategy during the beginning stages of planning; working with our clients to ensure a strategic roadmap is put in place to ensure the success of their event.
Karine's broad range of experience and creative approach to project management ensures arinex clients are always delighted with the results.
Tricia Tate
Manager, Business Development and Operations (QLD)

Having started her career in the San Francisco Bay Area, Tricia has managed several multi-million dollar accounts including Compaq Computers, Network Associates, Providian Financial and eBay. Tricia, along with her wealth of advertising and marketing experience, holds not only a BA in Politics from the University of California, but also hasa Masters in Social and Cultural History along with a Masters of Philosophy in History from the University of Essex. As the Queensland State Manager, Tricia manages all of the Operations and Business Development activities for the arinex Brisbane office.
Tricia's international and academic experience allows her to approach any situation with creativity, diplomacy, and above all else, the drive to succeed!
Amanda Rice
Business Development Manager

Amanda is a Sales and Marketing professional with over 15 years experience working for international organisations across Asia Pacific. Prior to joining arinex, Amanda worked in the publishing industry, most recently working for a leading international journal publisher running their Asia Pacific marketing and marketing operations divisions. Amanda has a Master of Business from The University of Adelaide and a Diploma in Project Management.
She brings a wealth of experience in direct marketing, branding, public relations, sponsorship and exhibition management and developing membership programs.
Jackie Caldwell AMM
Business Development Manager

Jackie has worked in the meetings industry for over 25 years, initially as a conference manager before moving into a business development role for international conferences six years ago.
Prior to joining arinex Jackie spent five years at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre developing leads for international conferences in Melbourne. During this time Jackie also developed and managed the very successful ‘Club Melbourne’ Ambassadors Program, a network of local ‘experts’ across various fields in Melbourne. The ambassadors are a very talented group of experts in various fields of expertise, who assisted with lead development, contacts and promotion of Australia as a business events destination.
Jackie is the Deputy Chair of the Meetings and Events Australia Victorian branch and has been an accredited meetings manager with the industry body for over ten years.
Jackie has great passion for the conference industry and thrives on the challenge of educating many of the international associations on the outstanding research institutes, universities, hospitals and event infrastructure we have in order to secure events for our wonderful country.
Maria Meselidis
International Business Development Manager

Maria was contracted to arinex in October 2008 with a mission to support the company’s international business development activities in the global conference arena. Working from her European office, Maria’s communications span all corners of the globe as she liaises with association planners and meeting decision-makers to promote international conference attraction to Australia and to drive business opportunities by providing the most up-to-date conference intelligence data.
Formerly a Business Development Manager within the Australian conventions industry, Maria has a wealth of knowledge about Australia. She completed a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) Degree and a post-graduate Diploma in Education from the University of Melbourne and is communicative in four languages. Prior to that, Maria was a Tourism Trainer in Higher Education Institutions.
Maria’s strengths lie in her cross-cultural capabilities, the ability to combine sales performance with research and in her strategic approach to operations.
Amy Coote AMM
Business Development Manager

Amy has extensive experience in the hospitality and events industry having held senior positions in Operations and Conference Sales at the Cairns International Hotel, Rydges Hotels Group, Le Meridien Hotels and InterContinental Hotels Group. Since joining arinex in 2006 Amy has worked successfully as a Project Manager with multiple clients to manage their conference from beginning to end. Amy recently moved into the Business Development department for arinex to further develop her experience in sales and client management.
Amy is outgoing and friendly and is very well-liked by her clients and team. She has exceptional organisational skills and excellent attention to detail. Amy is dedicated to her clients and develops strong relationships with them during the delivery of all her Conferences.
Rory Harper
Account Executive

Rory joined arinex in early 2010 with a fresh approach from an extensive business development background spanning across many industries over 5 years such as Real Estate and Information Lead Services. The previous involvement in meetings and events in these fields has drawn him to work for a Professional Conference Organisation company such as arinex. Rory has an advanced Diploma in Property and is currently studying his masters in Business Management part time.
Prior to commencing work with arinex, Rory travelled throughout Europe enjoying the sites of the world. This has provided a keen interest in other cultures and beliefs in business and life.
Rory’s takes great pride in building long term relationships with his clients and other industry personnel to better achieve the client’s needs and enjoy working together on a common success.
