Roslyn McLeod

Roslyn entered the tourism industry in 1970 as the Australian Tourist Commission's first Japanese-speaking tour guide with the responsibility of showing the Japanese media and tour wholesalers key Australian attractions.

In 1971 Roslyn set up her own tour guide service opening the first office in the city in 1973. The business expanded to where arinex is today.

Roslyn currently is chairman of INCON, a council member of IAPCO (she is also a member of the ethics and educational committees); a member of the Starwood Hotel Group Asia Pacific Meetings Advisory Board and the Business Events Council of Australia (BECA). Roslyn has held positions as a Board Member of the International Congress and Convention Association (ICCA) and a trustee of the Travel Compensation Fund (TCF). Roslyn is a past president of the Meetings & Events Australia (MEA) and has served on a number of boards over the past 30 years, including the Sydney Convention & Visitors Bureau, the South Australian Tourism Commission and the Australian Tourism Export Council.

Roslyn is an internationally recognised leader in the meetings industry; respected for the successful business she has built and for her longevity, passion and dedication. Her focus on constantly exceeding expectations for all our clients is a cornerstone of our business.


Lorraine Di Vito AMM

Lorraine Di Vito

Lorraine joined arinex in 1982 bringing strong legal, financial and business management skills to the team. Over the decades, she has grown in experience and knowledge along with arinex, and today, Lorraine's experience is shared with clients and staff alike, bringing invaluable insights to the meeting planning and execution processes.

Lorraine managed the combined meetings of the International Union of Microbiological Sciences in 1999, which attracted more than 4,000 delegates over a two week period, and led a team in planning and delivering the complex 19th World Energy Congress held in Sydney in September 2004. Lorraine's breadth of experience has also seen her overseeing a series of significant government meetings for the Department of Treasury, including the G-20 and APEC meetings.

Lorraine's focus is now on ensuring delivery of excellence to all our clients, supporting and training our project managers in the intricacies and complexities of the science of meeting planning.

Lorraine is an incredibly experienced senior manager who provides invaluable financial, management and operational experience to benefit all our clients' meetings.


Karine Bulger AMM
Executive Manager

Karine Bulger

Karine has over 15 years of experience in the meetings and conventions industry, ten of which have been with arinex across multiple offices including Sydney, Los Angeles and Melbourne.

During this time, Karine has successfully managed multiple major international meetings ranging from 200 to 10,000 delegates. As one of the Executive Managers for arinex, Karine is known for her very "hands on" approach with clients and her particular focus on the big picture strategy during the beginning stages of planning; working with our clients to ensure a strategic roadmap is put in place to ensure the success of their event.

Karine's broad range of experience and creative approach to project management ensures arinex clients are always delighted with the results.


Daniel Branik MCSE, AFMEA
Executive Manager – Technology

Daniel Branik

Daniel is an IT professional with over 15 years of experience in the IT industry, with six of these in the conference and events industry. His qualifications include AFMEA, an associate diploma of Commercial Data Processing and MCSE. Daniel uses his extensive experience to drive technology at arinex, ensuring a broad range of cutting edge technology services is available to our clients.

Daniel has managed IT, AV and speaker ready rooms for a multitude of conferences ranging from 500 to over 6,000 delegates, and featuring up to 900 speakers, multi segmented networks and wireless networks, successfully providing tailored solutions for the seamless running of each event and conference.

Daniel combines his business management principles with IT expertise with results that our event technology services have built up a reputation for being innovative and reliable.


Liz Wynn, MBA
Manager - Conference Organising

Liz holds extensive project management, communications, and strategy development experience in the corporate, travel and healthcare sectors. As one of eight Qantas project managers in 2004, Liz successfully assisted in launching Jetstar sales in Australia, gaining an intrinsic understanding of the global travel industry. Liz also co-directed the establishment of a $136M Commonwealth Government reform package announced by the Prime Minister to completely transform Australia's transplant systems to best-practice.

A valued member of the arinex Senior Management team, Liz is responsible for driving highly effective strategies with the conference teams. Her work in the corporate and healthcare sectors provides her with the skills to develop targeted strategies for corporate and association meetings, and her sales and marketing experience ensures she understands the significance of providing a strong return on investment for clients.

Liz is passionate about facilitating opportunities for clients to maximise the meeting experience through arinex's integrated conference management services.
